Qualia

Qualia er hugtak sem nært hefur hugsun heimspekinga og listamanna um eiginleika skynreynslu okkar. Hugtak er nær yfir leyndarmál upplifunar þinnar í þessu rými er augu þín, líkami þinn snerta verk Kristínar og Ragnhildar. Hún er þér gefin og engum öðrum. Þú skilur hana þótt þú getir ekki tjáð hana. Hún er ómiðlanleg og ósamanburðarhæf við upplifanir annarra. Þú ein/n veist hvað í henni býr. Þú þekkir skyneindir hennar. Hver rauði litur hins rauða er. Hvers konar litur, hvers lags litur. Qualia er almennur eiginleiki skynjunar þinnar sem þú getur upplifað aftur og aftur. Innsæisskynjun sem ekki er hægt að rengja þig um. Leyfðu skynfærum þínum að snerta verkin, augum þínum að hvarfla um augnbotnana og keilurnar sem geta hlúð að líkama þínum ef þær fá að snerta orkupunkta hans. Sjáöldur augna þinna nema augnbotna Kristínar, dætra hennar og föður. Innan þeirra er hægt að lesa leiðir er bera þig áfram að sjálfum þér, þeim eða alheimnum. Keilum Ragnhildar er ætlað að koma orkuflæði líkama þíns af stað, gera þér gott. Tengja þig við eitthvað sem nær út fyrir þetta rými og þig sjálfa/n. Ytri orku er býr í líkama þínum þar sem munstur upplifana þinna er skráð. Örfín rauðbleik himna ver þig með því að skapa skil á milli þín og þess sem þú þiggur. Hreyfanleg slímug himna sem um geta flætt sjónrænar jafnt sem líkamlegar upplifanir. Skynjunargjöf er hangir í andardrætti þínum.

Qualia is a concept that has nourished the thoughts of philosophers and artist on the nature of our sense experience. A concept that spans the secrets of your experience in the space where your eyes, your body, touches the works of Kristín and Ragnhildur. It is yours and only yours. You understand it although you can‘t express it. It is inexpressible and incomparable to the experiences of others. You alone know what it is. You know its particles. What is the red color of the red. What kind of color, what type of color. Qualia is the general quality of your perception which you can experience again and again. An intuitive sensation that cant be disputed. Let your sense organs feel the works, let your eyes wander over the maculae and the cones that can cherish your body if they come in contact with its acupuncts. The pupils of your eyes perceive the maculae of Kristín, her daughters and her father. Inside them you can trace tracks that lead you to yourself, to them or the universe. The cones of Ragnhildur are supposed to enhance the flow of energy in your body, to cherish you. To connect you with something that extends outside this space and yourself. An external power that your body possesses where the pattern of your experiences is recorded. A delicate red-pink membrane protects you by creating a boundary between you and the things that you recieve. A mobile, mucous membrane that visual as well as physical experiences can flow through. A gift of sensation that comes with your breath.
